I have been a Star Wars fan for as long as I can remember. The movies, the books, the games; you name it and I’ve probably watched, read or played it. My favorite character is Anakin Skywalker – he’s my hero! Anakin was born to Shmi on Tatooine in 41 BBY (before the Battle of Yavin). He was taken by Qui-Gon Jinn to be trained as a Jedi Knight at age nine because of his immense Force potential.
Qui-Gon was killed by Darth Maul, but Obi Wan Kenobi brought Anakin back to the Jedi Temple. He later became a Padawan of Obi Wan and then left for Tatooine when he found out that Shmi had been kidnapped. Anakin met Qui Gon Jinn who took him in as his padawan learner at age nine because of his immense force potential.
This led to an adventure from which they rescued Queen Amidala after she was attacked on Naboo by Darth Maul’s forces. She revealed herself to be the true ruler of the galaxy, providing legitimacy and balance in her system where there would otherwise have been none without it; this job was assigned only through bloodlines, lineage being less important than birth order.
