Losing a friend is one of the toughest things that can happen to you. It’s not hard to understand why it would be so difficult. A close friend has been taken away from you and there’s nothing you can do about it. If not he is still good, because no matter what happens your friendship will always remain with him. It’s not hard to understand why it would be so difficult. A close friend has been taken away from you and there’s nothing you can do about it. If not he is still good, because no matter what happens your friendship will always remain with him. There are various ways in which people go through this loss depending on their personality type but some common ones include denial, anger, sadness and acceptance or even bargaining (hoping for something better). The first stage when someone loses a friend typically involves denial – they cannot believe it happened/cannot accept he’s gone; “it must be an awful mistake” etc.
